Description
The Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC is seeking a subcontractor to replace a process chiller. The subcontractor will be responsible for all work described in the Statement of Work, including transportation, overhead, bonding costs, insurance, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision. The project involves the removal and replacement of a process chiller in an auxiliary capacity. The subcontractor must have at least five years of industry experience, specifically in the removal and replacement of process chillers. The subcontractor must also provide descriptions of its experience performing projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
• The project requires the replacement of a process chiller with a capacity of approximately 20 tons.
• The subcontractor must demonstrate experience in electrical installations involving voltages similar to those associated with process chiller systems.
• The subcontractor must provide a corporate quality assurance plan and a safety plan.
• The subcontractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Davis-Bacon Act and the Buy American Act.
