Description
The City of South Fulton is seeking qualified and authorized equipment dealers and manufacturers to provide ground maintenance and agricultural equipment, utility vehicles, attachments, OEM parts, and authorized service support to maintain operational readiness across various City departments. The contract will be an indefinite quantity contract, and the City reserves the right to assess performance credits for failure to meet service levels. The Proposer shall submit its Proposal in accordance with the Scope of Services set forth in Attachment A.
• The City is looking for Proposers who can provide a wide range of equipment and services, including grounds maintenance equipment, agricultural equipment, utility vehicles, attachments, OEM parts, and authorized service providers.
• The Proposer must have experience in providing similar services to government agencies or large organizations.
• The Proposer must be able to meet the City's requirements for insurance, bonding, and licensing.
• The Proposer must be able to provide a detailed pricing schedule, including labor rates, equipment discounts, and other costs.
• The Proposer must be able to demonstrate its ability to meet the City's service level requirements, including response time, diagnosis time, and turnaround time.
