The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking a contractor to provide procurement software and associated support services for use by volunteer tax preparers under the IRS Electronic Tax Software Application (ETSA) project. The contractor will be required to provide support services from their facility, and may also be required to work at IRS, Treasury, VITA, or TCE sites as specified in the contract. The period of performance will be one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. • The contractor will be responsible for providing procurement software and associated support services. • The contractor will be required to work primarily from their facility, but may also be required to work at other sites. • The period of performance will be one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. • Quotes shall be submitted via email to the specified contacts.
