Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to replace the single-ply roofing system on six buildings at F.E. Warren AFB in Cheyenne, WY. The contractor will be responsible for demolishing the existing roofing system, providing a new fully adhered PVC membrane, and ensuring the roof system is weathertight and complies with the primary roofing membrane manufacturer's warranty requirements. The contractor must also ensure that all work is completed within the 180-day performance period and comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
• The contractor must have experience with roofing projects and be able to complete the work within the specified timeframe.
