Description
Luzerne County is seeking proposals from qualified companies for Janitorial Services for Luzerne County 911. The contract period is from 1/1/2026 to 12/31/2026. The successful bidder will be required to provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual cleaning services, including wet mopping, disinfecting, vacuuming, and emptying waste and recycling receptacles. The bidder must also provide a Daily Cleaning Log and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) on-site for all cleaning materials.
• The bidder must have experience providing janitorial services in secure or critical facilities.
• The bidder must use low-odor, non-allergenic, fragrance-free cleaning products.
• The bidder must provide CJIS-compliant background checks and Security Awareness Training for all personnel.
• The bidder must coordinate with the on-duty 911 supervisor upon arrival and departure.
• The bidder must provide a certificate of insurance prior to contract start date.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances related to this submission.
