Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source - ACQUISITION UTILITY OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES

The Department of Energy (DOE) is issuing a Notice of Intent to award a sole source modification to Dominion Energy South Carolina (DESC) for the provision of utility operations and maintenance services at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, South Carolina. The modification will extend the period of performance for up to five months to provide continuity of electrical services. The DOE intends to execute this modification using the statutory authority 41 USC 3304(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1.
