The County of Henrico is seeking qualified contractors to replace and upgrade HVAC equipment, associated duct‑control, plumbing, and structural elements at its water‑treatment facility and raw water pump station. The scope includes demolition of existing units, installation of new air‑handling units, chillers, DDC controls, a neutralization tank, hot‑water recirculation pump, temporary conditioning for critical spaces, and related concrete and steelwork.
