Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking bids for drainage and exterior repairs at the Appalachian Challenge Academy in Grays Knob, Kentucky. The project includes drainage improvements, grading improvements, areaway infill, new sump pump, new exterior metal wall panels, soffit repairs or replacements, new steel stairs, and replacement of deteriorating exterior light fixtures.
• Drainage improvements including gutters, downspouts, and boots
• Grading improvements to the side yard
• Areaway infill and new sump pump for the basement
