Downtown Stair Rehab Term Contract

The City and Borough of Juneau is seeking qualified contractors to provide construction services for the repair, refurbishment, or reconstruction of stairs within the city's rights-of-way. The proposed term contract will cover small projects not exceeding $50,000 each, and three contractors will be selected to work on a rotational basis. The scope of work includes stairway repair, refurbishment, reconstruction, and miscellaneous associated carpentry and concrete work. • The contract period is from the date of award through December 31, 2026, with an automatic renewal for two additional years. • The city reserves the right to refuse fees deemed unreasonable. • Contractors must be Alaska-licensed general contractors and maintain required insurance. • Proposers must provide hourly rates, material mark-up, and proof of experience in similar projects.
