Description
The North Carolina Department of Revenue is seeking bids for janitorial services for the Fayetteville Service Center location. The contract term will be for one year with the option for two additional one-year renewals. Vendors must provide efficient and professional janitorial services, including general cleaning, quarterly services, and annual services. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Monday, August 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
• The scope of work includes general cleaning of the office, quarterly services such as grills and HVAC ducts, and annual services like window washing and carpet cleaning.
• Vendors must submit their bids through the Sourcing Tool, and late bids will not be accepted.
• The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to negotiate with one or more vendors.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price that meets the specifications, and the State reserves the right to make separate awards to different vendors.
