Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to replace and test fire alarm control panels and devices in three buildings at Offutt AFB. The contractor will be responsible for removing existing panels, installing new ones, and testing the systems to ensure they are fully operational. The work must be performed in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines. The contractor will also be required to provide documentation of the replacement and testing process.
Key tasks and requirements include:
• Replacing the fire alarm control panel and devices in Building 123 with a Notifier NFS-320 panel
• Installing a new Simplex 4007ES fire alarm control panel and devices in Building 441
• Replacing the fire alarm control panel and devices in Building 584 with a Notifier NFS-320 panel
• Testing and verifying that the fire alarm systems are fully operational
• Providing documentation of the replacement and testing process
