Regulatory Compliance Testing, Inspections, Facility Training, Fuel Station and UST

The City of Norwalk is seeking a qualified firm to provide ongoing regulatory compliance testing, inspections, employee training, and minor repair services for its municipal fuel station and associated underground and above‑ground storage tanks. The work includes annual and quarterly testing of monitoring equipment, triennial secondary‑containment and vapor‑reverification inspections, monthly STI SP001 inspections, and required employee safety training. The contractor must hold appropriate California contractor licenses, possess ICC‑certified technicians, and carry the specified insurance coverage. All work will be performed on‑site at 12650 East Imperial Highway, Norwalk, CA, under a one‑year contract (July 1 2026 – June 30 2027). • Perform regulatory testing of UST/AST systems, including VEEDER‑ROOT TLS‑350 certification and STI SP001 inspections. • Deliver annual employee facility training per Cal. Title 23 requirements and conduct scheduled preventive‑maintenance checklists. • Provide minor on‑call repairs, debris removal, and site housekeeping, with response‑time expectations for regular and emergency calls. • Submit required certifications, references, and insurance documentation; no subcontracting without prior approval.
