Description
The City of Lawrenceville is seeking proposals from qualified architectural and/or engineering services consultants to provide comprehensive architectural and/or engineering services on an as-needed basis. The City intends to make multiple awards, after which it will issue individual Project Task Orders/Purchase Orders as the need for services arises. The selected consultants will be required to provide a range of services, including consultative and technical guidance, production of individual project scopes, design documents, construction documents, planning documents, specifications, project schedules, and cost estimates, as well as project management, construction administration, monitoring and testing, data analysis, permitting, and report writing services.
• The City is looking for consultants with experience in architectural and engineering services, including civil engineering, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, landscape architecture, and other related tasks.
• The selected consultants will be required to work with citizen committees and City staff to identify key objectives and priority needs to be addressed by potential projects.
• The consultants will be required to provide a range of deliverables, including designs, drawings, plans, estimates, project reports, specifications, construction documents, and project reviews.
• The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities, informalities, and minor irregularities in the proposals received.
