The South Carolina Department of Public Health is seeking a cloud‑hosted Clinical Reference and Decision‑Support Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) platform to provide evidence‑based medical, pharmacologic, and disease‑specific information (including PrEP, HIV, STIs, and viral hepatitis) at the point of care for roughly 45 licensed users. The vendor must deliver a fully managed, secure SaaS solution with role‑based access, mobile/web interfaces, regular content updates, technical support, and compliance with HIPAA, FedRAMP, and state security policies. The contract is a fixed‑price, all‑inclusive subscription with a maximum budget of $50,000, spanning an initial one‑year term with up to four automatic one‑year renewals unless the State provides 30‑day notice.
