Description
The Town of Lenox is seeking a contractor to provide valuation maintenance services. The services include interim year updates in Fiscal Year 2027, Fiscal Year 2028, and Fiscal Year 2028 of all real property and commercial/industrial property and commercial personal property, as well as cyclical re-inspection program of improved real property and commercial/industrial property, and Class 504 utility valuations.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing these services as described in the RFP.
• The contract seems to be for services related to Fiscal Year 2027, Fiscal Year 2028, and possibly beyond.
• The contractor should have experience in providing similar services to municipal governments.
• The RFP includes a description of the required services, the evaluation criteria, and the contract terms.
