Colorado Shines eLearning & Training Materials Translations

The Colorado Department of Early Childhood (CDEC) is seeking a contractor to provide eLearning and training materials translations for the Colorado Shines program. The contractor will be responsible for providing services according to the plans submitted in the Statement of Work, attached to the contract. The contract will be on a fixed-price basis, and the contractor will be required to submit requests for payment on a monthly basis. The contractor will also be required to participate in any Department of Early Childhood sponsored meetings related to the contract and to report any critical incidents involving children or families. • The contract will be for a fixed price, with the amount not to exceed the amount specified in the Budget (EXHIBIT A). • The contractor will be required to submit requests for payment on a monthly basis. • The contractor will be required to participate in any Department of Early Childhood sponsored meetings related to the contract. • The contractor will be required to report any critical incidents involving children or families. • The contract will include provisions for accessibility requirements, employment eligibility verification, and gift card purchasing.
