V-22 Infrastructure and Lab Support

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is seeking to negotiate and issue a new Delivery Order to Raytheon Company on a sole source basis for V-22 Infrastructure and Lab Support. The V-22 program requires engineering, management, technical, acquisition, and sustainment efforts for facilitation of the Software Support activities. These activities are required for the sustainment of previously delivered Block Fleet Releases, ongoing development of flight test and fleet releases, and analysis leading to implementation of future Sustainment Block Fleet Releases for the V-22 avionics systems. • The effort includes providing engineering, management, and technical sustainment efforts for the on-site V-22 laboratories required to plan, develop, release, and sustain the V-22 avionics systems software. • The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302. • Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, and any capability statements received within fifteen days after the date of publication of the synopsis will be considered by the Government.
