This solicitation seeks an IDIQ contract for the provision of qualified temporary information‑technology personnel to support Metro’s internal IT needs on an as‑needed basis. The contractor will recruit, hire, manage payroll, benefits, and compliance for all staff, while Metro retains oversight of work assignments. The award will be determined through an initial sealed‑bid phase followed by a live reverse‑auction.
• Supply temporary IT staff (e.g., programmers, analysts, network engineers, help‑desk technicians) under Metro‑directed work orders.
• Contractors must handle all employment obligations (background checks, CJIS training, workers’ compensation, payroll, taxes).
• Mandatory compliance with Metro policies (dress code, acceptable use of IT assets) and submission of extensive certifications, insurance, and MISA questionnaire.
• Bids submitted via Metro’s iSupplier portal by 17 Apr 2026; qualifying bidders will enter a reverse auction on 6 May 2026.
• No guaranteed minimum or maximum purchase volume; payments are per‑order with Net‑30 terms.
