As-Needed Temporary Staffing Services

The County of Los Angeles is seeking qualified vendors to provide as-needed temporary staffing services for technical and non-technical positions in support of County-administered elections and the Department’s implementation of the Voting Solutions for All People (VSAP) program. The selected vendors will enter into Master Agreements with the County to provide temporary personnel for various tasks, including elections, voting center operations, and administrative support. The scope of work includes providing temporary staffing services for a period of up to 90 days, with shifts including day and evening hours, weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The County anticipates establishing approximately 1,000 vote centers across Los Angeles County for most Countywide and Statewide elections.
