The State of Alabama seeks a vendor to provide and administer the ACCESS for English Language Learners (ELLs) assessment software and its alternate version for students with significant cognitive disabilities. The solution must be deployable across Alabama public schools, comply with all federal requirements, and be usable for the 2026‑2027 school year under a sole‑source Quick‑Quote contract. The contract ceiling is $25,000, with a term of up to five years and annual renewals possible.
• Provide the ACCESS for ELLs software platform (including licensing, deployment, and support).
• Deliver the Alternate Access for ELLs version for students with severe cognitive challenges.
