Intent to Sole Source: Arbitrator Services

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) intends to negotiate and award a Purchase Order for Arbitration Services to Frederick Ward Associates, Incorporated. The expected period of performance is approximately 12 months, with four 12-month options. The arbitrator will provide services to resolve labor relations disputes upon invocation of arbitration by either party. The scope of work includes reviewing and analyzing evidence, attending and hearing arguments, and providing a written decision.
