Custodial Services

La Plata County is seeking bids from qualified contractors for after-hours custodial services for six facilities located within Downtown Durango, BODO Industrial Park, and the Durango Tech Center. The contract term is from the date of agreement execution until December 31, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to provide general custodial services three days per week for all six buildings, as well as restroom cleaning five days a week at the Human Services facility. The bidder must also provide all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies, except for consumable products which will be furnished by the county. • The facilities include the County Administration Building, County Courthouse, Human Services, Community Development Department, Sheriff’s Office, and Public Health Department. • The contract requires a mandatory pre-bid site visit on December 3, 2025. • Bidders must submit their bids by December 15, 2025, and the county reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
