City of Stuart Water Reclamation Facility Headworks Rehab - Phase-2

The City of Stuart is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of the Water Reclamation Facility headworks structure. The project includes removal and salvage of recently installed features, demolition of existing structural components, and reconstruction with a combination of Owner-furnished equipment and Contractor-furnished equipment and materials. The scope of work includes mobilization, demolition, headworks reconstruction, installation of pre-engineered metal buildings, odor control ducts, electrical and instrumentation work, and startup and commissioning. The City encourages E-Bidding through OpenGov Procurement. • The project requires the Contractor to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work. • The Contractor must maintain an accurate record of communication and coordination with the Owner for all scheduling, installation, and other items. • The Contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • The project is expected to be completed within a certain timeframe, possibly around a few months, and the Contractor must provide a schedule of work sequence and milestones.
