Description
The Texas Department of Transportation is seeking services to provide tolling oversight for Segment 3 of the North Tarrant Express (NTE) Project. The selected vendor will be required to provide tolling oversight services as specified in the Toll Service Agreement between TxDOT and NTE Mobility Partners Segments 3 LLC. The scope of work includes providing tolling oversight services, and the vendor must monitor the website for any addendums, additional documents, questions, and answers, or changes. The response due date and time is 1/5/2026 3:00 PM.

• The Texas Department of Transportation uses the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) code to standardize purchases.

• Existing TxDOT vendors need only be concerned that the information listed on the CMBL file is correct, and that the applicable NIGP class and item are selected for those they can provide.
