Fire Suppression Systems Repair/Replacement

The El Paso Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide fire suppression system repair, replacement, maintenance, testing, and related services at various district facilities. The scope of work includes repair or replacement of fire sprinkler systems, piping, valves, fire pumps, backflow preventers, fire hydrants, alarm connections, controls, and associated components to maintain safe and code-compliant fire protection systems. The contract will be for one year with the option to extend for up to four additional years. • The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation, permits, testing, inspections, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. • The contractor shall comply with all District safety, security, scheduling, and reporting procedures. • The contractor shall provide a detailed project schedule and coordinate all inspections, testing, shutdowns, impairments, and commissioning activities with the District representative and applicable authorities. • The contractor shall provide warranties for all fire suppression materials, systems, and workmanship in accordance with contract requirements.
