Description
The Natural Resources Department is seeking bids for snow removal services at the Department of Natural Resources Co-Located Office complex in Fergus Falls for a two-season term ending June 30, 2027. The contract includes labor, equipment, fuel, lubricants, materials, salt, sand, tools, transportation, taxes, fees, incidentals, and all else necessary to provide snow removal services. Bidders must submit their responses electronically through the Swift Portal. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions.
• The contract term is for two seasons, ending June 30, 2027.
• The contract includes snowplowing and de-icing services.
• Bidders must provide proof of insurance as detailed in the event.
• The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State.
