Description
The Town of Westborough is seeking bids for the Maynard Pump Station and Denny Brook Pump Station Upgrades. The project includes pump and channel grinder replacement, wet well access modifications and improvements, generator replacement, window replacement, installation of new bathroom(s) and associated electrical and instrumentation rehabilitation. The work shall be substantially complete within 500 days from the commencement of contract time and completed and ready for final payment 550 days from the commencement of contract time.
• The project requires DCAMM certification for pumping stations.
• Sub-bids are required for plumbing, heating, ventilating and air-conditioning, electrical work, and masonry work.
• A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on October 8, 2025.

• Questions related to sub-bids must be received by October 15, 2025, and questions related to general bids must be received by October 29, 2025.
