6515--Custom Surgical Packs

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide custom surgical packs for various medical procedures. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months, with options to renew for up to 4 additional years. The contractor will be required to provide a range of surgical packs, including custom packs for cystoscopy, ent, lap chole, and other procedures. The packs will be shipped to various VA medical centers in North Carolina, including the Salisbury VAMC, Charlotte HCC, and Kernersville HCC. • The contract will require the contractor to provide a minimum of 44 custom surgical packs per month. • The contractor will be required to provide packs for a range of medical procedures, including cystoscopy, ent, lap chole, and others. • The packs will be shipped to various VA medical centers in North Carolina. • The contract will be for a base period of 12 months, with options to renew for up to 4 additional years. • The contractor will be required to provide pricing for each pack, as well as any additional services or materials required.
