Description
The USDA Forest Service is seeking a contractor to provide elevator repair and maintenance services at the Supervisor's office in Lufkin, Texas. The contractor will be responsible for replacing, refurbishing, and upgrading the existing elevator with non-proprietary equipment, software, and hardware. The contract will include a base period and four option years. The contractor must provide a Certificate of Conformance and ensure that all parts are new and approved.
• The contractor must have the necessary expertise and capabilities to provide these services.
• The contractor must provide a technical approach that meets all requirements and shows a thorough understanding of them.
• The contractor must provide past performance information to demonstrate their ability to meet contract requirements.
• The contractor must provide pricing for all line items in the Schedule of Items.
