Budget estimate

$5,000 – $15,000

The RFQ calls for four (4) ten‑foot light poles. Similar municipal light‑pole units typically range from $1,500 to $4,000 each depending on material, finish, and optional galvanizing. Assuming an average unit price of $2,500, the total contract value would be roughly $10,000. Adding freight, handling, and any applicable taxes could push the total toward $12,000‑$15,000. A low‑end estimate (basic steel pole, no optional finishes) might be around $5,000, while a high‑end spec (custom base, hot‑dip galvanizing, premium coating) could exceed $15,000. Hence the expected budget range is approximately $5 k–$15 k.
