ON-CALL FLOORING INSTALLATION SERVICES

The County of Frederick, Maryland is seeking proposals for on-call flooring installation services, including carpet, LVT, tile, and hardwood flooring. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work. The contract period will be for one year, with the option to renew for four additional years. The contractor must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field and must provide proof of insurance and certifications. • The contractor will be responsible for surface preparation, installation, and finishing of flooring. • The contractor will be required to provide a pricing proposal, including unit costs and total costs for each line item. • The contractor will be evaluated based on their work proposal, experience, personnel, and references. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
