Description
The West Adams Business Improvement District (WABID) is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive street maintenance services, including sidewalk sweeping, trash removal, porter service, and monthly reporting, along West Adams Boulevard from La Brea to Hauser. The contract term is from January 2, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The selected vendor will be required to submit a monthly maintenance report, including quantitative data and photographic documentation.
• The services to be provided include street and sidewalk sweeping, trash removal, porter service, and disposal of bulky items.
• The vendor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services.
• The vendor will be required to maintain insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, workers' compensation, and automobile liability.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder that meets all the requirements.
• The vendor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
