City Wide Air Filter Replacement

The City of North Las Vegas is seeking bids from qualified Respondents for an award to provide the City with Air Filter Replacements City wide following the specifications listed in the Scope of Work. The awarded Respondent must stock/warehouse USA-made "Merv 8 Pleated" filters in various sizes and provide replacement and installation services. The City estimates its annual usage at 1000 filters per annual replacement. Replacements may range between once, twice, or up to 6 times per year per location. The contract shall commence on January 1, 2026, and shall have a term of three years with two, one-year extensions at the sole discretion of the City Manager. Key responsibilities of the awarded Respondent include: • Providing USA-made "Merv 8 Pleated" filters in various sizes • Replacing and installing filters at City facilities • Maintaining a stock/warehouse of filters • Providing technicians who are OSHA trained and have approved resumes and background clearances • Notifying City personnel of any operational problems found during filter replacement • Complying with applicable safety and health standards The City reserves the right to request a sampling of the requested filter(s) prior to installation and to add additional size filters and/or locations if needed after contract award.
