The 36th Contracting Squadron at Andersen AFB, Guam, is seeking a small‑business vendor to provide commercial wireless internet (Wi‑Fi) services for a base‑wide network. The solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation RFQ with a base year of performance (27 Oct 2026 – 26 Oct 2027) and four optional one‑year extensions.
