Electric Vehicle Training

The City of El Paso is seeking proposals for electric vehicle training. The city reserves the right to adjust the schedule of events as necessary. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for March 25, 2026. Proposals are due by April 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. The city will evaluate proposals and award a contract in approximately July 2026. • The proposal should include the company name, address, telephone number, and email address. • The proposal should be signed by an authorized representative of the company. • The city reserves the right to reject any proposal that does not meet the requirements. • The city will provide amendments to the solicitation as necessary, and proposers must acknowledge receipt of these amendments.
