RFP for Methan Emissions Reduction Program

The State of Michigan is seeking a contractor to mobilize staff and equipment to approximately 30-60 Marginal Conventional Wells (MCWs) to reduce methane emissions. The contractor will be responsible for initial screening measurements and post-plugging measurements at each wellsite. The contract will be for a term of 3 years, with the option to renew for an additional year.
