Description
The Winston County Partnership is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide engineering services for the implementation of approved FY 2026 Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) related to the improvements of Industrial buildings Improvement Project. The scope of work includes preparing project cost estimates, plans and specifications, distributing bid documents, assisting in bid opening and construction contract execution, holding preconstruction conferences, and performing construction inspections. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, experience, and capacity for performance.
• The project involves improvements to industrial buildings
• The engineer will be responsible for preparing project cost estimates and providing all engineering services through project closeout
• The scope of work includes preparing plans and specifications, distributing bid documents, and assisting in bid opening and construction contract execution
• The Winston County Partnership encourages Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Woman-owned Business Enterprises (WBEs) to submit proposals
• Proposals will be evaluated on qualifications, experience, and capacity for performance
