Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Contract for Bavak Vehicle Gate System Repair and Refurbishment Services

The U.S. Department of State (DOS), U.S. Embassy Singapore, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract on a sole source basis to IMCS Construction Pte Ltd for the repair and refurbishment of the existing Bavak Vehicle Gate Systems. The required services include inspection, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and testing of the gate systems, as well as integration with the Embassy's existing vehicle access control and perimeter security systems. • Inspection and troubleshooting of gate systems • Repair and replacement of gate hinges, bearings, rack-and-pinion assemblies, guarding rails, and associated mechanical components • Replacement and repair of underground power and control cables • Repair and restoration of safety buffer systems • Mechanical and electrical repairs • Functional testing and commissioning • Integration with the Embassy's existing vehicle access control and perimeter security systems
