Martin County – Hobe Sound Beach Ocean Rescue Facility

The Martin County – Hobe Sound Beach Ocean Rescue Facility project involves the construction of a 1,200 square foot Ocean Rescue facility, replacement of the 1,500 square foot pavilion with a new one, replacement of the restroom facility with a new 1,100 square foot building, and other associated improvements to the Hobe Sound Beach park. The selected contractor will provide professional construction services, including Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services. The park will be closed during construction, and all work must adhere to the Town of Jupiter Island's construction timeframes.
