Description
SEPTA is seeking qualified firms to design and implement a full‑stack Rail Asset Monitoring Platform that will provide real‑time telemetry, predictive‑maintenance analytics, and integrated visualization for its rail infrastructure and rolling‑stock assets across the Philadelphia region. The effort will be phased—from assessment and pilot deployment to full‑scale rollout and continuous improvement—requiring expertise in IoT sensor deployment, secure communications, cloud data lakes, AI/ML analytics, GIS‑based dashboards, and integration with existing CMMS/EAM, ERP, and GIS systems. Respondents must submit a concise capability statement (≤ 15 pages) by the deadline, addressing the technical specification and demonstrating experience in large‑scale transportation‑oriented asset‑management solutions.
• Deploy IoT sensors and edge‑computing hardware on tracks, signals, rolling stock, bridges, and stations.
• Build a cloud‑based data ingestion, storage, and analytics platform with real‑time dashboards, alerts, and predictive‑maintenance models.
