NOI to Sole Source to VaLogic, LLC

The National Institutes of Health, Clinical Center is seeking to purchase IQ/OQ/PQ qualification services for cold temperature units from VaLogic, LLC. The services will be used for the Pharmacy Department and will include installation, operational qualifications, performance qualifications, and re-qualifications of refrigerators, freezers, and sub-zero freezers. The sole source justification is based on VaLogic's existing contract with the Office of Research Services and Compliance and their certified training on equipment from various manufacturers. • The services will be provided for cold temperature units from manufacturers such as Follet, Panasonic, ThermoFisher, and Stirling. • VaLogic Bio, Inc. has provided qualification, validation, and certification services for the Pharmacy department's biomedical equipment and aseptic facilities for the past eight years. • The contract will be for a continuing service, and the NIH Clinical Center Pharmacy department will seek competition through oral solicitations.
