Description
The US Department of Agriculture is seeking a small business to provide janitorial services for the Bessey Ranger District. The acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns, and all responsible sources may submit a quotation. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720, and the small business size standard is $22 Million. • The contract has a 6-month option, and the pricing should be consistent with the last option year.
• The government may extend the contract for 6 months at the end of the term of the contract.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing janitorial services, including cleaning and maintaining the office and restrooms.
• The contractor will need to provide employee information required for Government Background checks as required by HSPD-12 after contract award.
• The office has approximately 35 windows, 27 blinds, and 62 misc. chairs.
