Rooftop Vent Services

The Missouri Department of Social Services is seeking a contractor to provide rooftop vent services for the Department's Family Support Division, Rehabilitation Services for the Blind, at the Truman Building in Jefferson City, MO. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting, washing, and replacing filters, as well as performing other related tasks. The contract period will be from December 1, 2026, to November 30, 2027, with four optional renewal periods of one year each.
