Public Works Facility Slab Repair and Roof Drain Piping

The Ramsey County Public Works facility is in need of slab repair and roof drain piping. The project includes the removal, salvage or disposal, storage or replacement, and restoration of interior finishes, concrete masonry units (CMU) and gypsum partitions, floor slabs, ceiling grid and tile, equipment, furnishings, fixtures, electrical, HVAC and plumbing to facilitate the repair of under slab storm and sanitary piping. • The project is located at 1425 Paul Kirkwold Dr., Arden Hills, MN 55112. • A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 16, 2026, at 9:30 AM. • The bid deadline is July 30, 2026, at 7:00 PM. • The project requires a bid bond of 5% of the project cost.
