Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide muslin sheeting fabric for the Department of Corrections, Missouri Vocational Enterprises. The contract period is from the date of award through one year. The vendor must provide muslin sheeting fabric that meets the specifications and requirements outlined in the RFP. The vendor must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to non-discrimination and affirmative action. Key features of the job include:
* Providing muslin sheeting fabric for manufacturing at the Missouri Eastern Correctional Center and the Chillicothe Correctional Center
* Meeting minimum order guarantees and estimated quantities
* Complying with packaging requirements and delivery schedules
* Providing pricing and invoicing information
* Complying with terms and conditions, including non-discrimination and affirmative action requirements
* Participating in the Anti-Discrimination Against Israel Act certification process
* Registering with the Missouri Secretary of State and obtaining a "Vendor No Tax Due" certificate
* Complying with business compliance exhibits, including employee/conflict of interest certification
