WEST WATER TREATMENT PLANT CAPACITY EXPANSION AND UPGRADES - OFFSITE PIPELINE

The City of Miramar is seeking bids for the West Water Treatment Plant Capacity Expansion and Upgrades - Offsite Pipeline project. The scope of work includes the installation of one 20-inch raw water main and one 8-inch force main via horizontal directional drilling, extending from Old Miramar Parkway to Blue Gill Road along SW 136 Avenue. The project encompasses the installation of approximately 2750 linear feet of 20-inch HDPE pipe and 2750 linear feet of 8-inch HDPE pipe. • The project requires all labor, materials, equipment, machinery, tools, and incidentals for the installation. • The project will be completed via horizontal directional drilling (HDD). • The project includes the installation of approximately 2750 linear feet of 20-inch HDPE pipe and 2750 linear feet of 8-inch HDPE pipe. • A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting via Webex will be held on January 8, 2026, at 11:30 a.m., with a site visit scheduled at 3:30 p.m.
