Description
The Executive Office of Technology Services and Security is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Splunk licensing and associated professional services to support and maintain the Commonwealth’s existing Splunk environment. The selected vendor will provide licensing, technical support, and continuous data optimization services. The vendor will work as part of a collaborative team with the EOTSS Security Operations Center and the Commonwealth’s Managed Security Services Provider. The scope of work includes licensing support, technical support, data optimization, collaborative operations, knowledge transfer, and security automation.

* The vendor must have experience providing similar services to organizations of comparable size and complexity.
* The contract will be for an initial term of 12 months, with the option to renew or extend for up to 36 months.
