Description
The North Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified janitorial contractor to provide comprehensive custodial operations and maintenance for two rest areas/visitor information centers located on I‑73/74 at mile marker 60, one mile south of Seagrove, Randolph County. The contract begins January 1 2027 and must be completed by December 31 2027, with the possibility of up to two one‑year extensions. The scope includes routine cleaning, trash/recycling collection, water system maintenance, grounds upkeep, emergency supply management, and compliance with safety, wage, and insurance requirements.
