Washington State University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide custodial (janitorial) services for the Research Park facilities located in Pullman, WA. The contract covers nightly cleaning of common areas (approximately 7,786 sq ft) five nights per week and weekly cleaning of tenant office spaces (approximately 2,317 sq ft). The contractor must supply all cleaning materials, equipment, and labor, adhere to Washington prevailing‑wage requirements, and submit monthly service‑activity reports. The solicitation is non‑binding; responses do not guarantee award and subcontracting requires prior approval.
• Nightly cleaning (5 nights/week) of ~7,800 sq ft common areas, including surface disinfection, vacuuming, hard‑floor cleaning, and trash removal.
