Description
The Town of Los Gatos is seeking a qualified firm to provide Underground Storage Tank (UST) testing, inspection, certification, monitoring system verification, vapor recovery compliance testing, and regulatory reporting services for Agency-owned fueling and fuel storage facilities. The scope of work includes annual required testing, triennial testing, regulatory reporting, and emergency services. The selected firm will be required to comply with California Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7, Title 23 and Title 17 of the California Code of Regulations, Federal UST requirements, and local Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) regulations. The firm will also be required to provide proof of insurance, licenses, and certifications.
• The firm will perform monthly designated UST operator inspections, annual employee training, annual monitoring system certification, and annual vapor recovery source testing.
• The firm will provide regulatory reporting, including formal compliance reports and written corrective action recommendations.
• The firm will maintain organized digital compliance records and provide annual compliance summary reports.
• The firm will be required to respond to emergencies and provide repair services as needed.
